About
Who we are
A guide for the way you live.
Hello. I'm Masaru Sato, president of Life Guide Minato Co., Ltd.
Choosing a home is about more than floor plans and price. How you commute, how your family spends time, and what kind of life you want next all matter — and we take that seriously.
We handle sales brokerage, leasing brokerage, property management, and consulting on how to make the most of real estate. Whether you are buying, selling, renting or letting, we organise the options and explain them clearly.
You don't need a shortlist yet. When you start thinking about a home, feel free to get in touch. We handle every consultation with care.

A few words
On days off I unwind by riding horses. Time with a horse reminds me how important it is to respect the other's pace and build trust step by step — something I try to carry into my work as well.
